Jonathan Ecks realizes that he must combine together along with his lifelong enemy, Agent Sever, a fictitious DIA agent with whom he is in mortal combat, as a way to defeat a frequent enemy. That enemy is promoting a more"micro-device" which may be injected to victims in order to kill them at will.
