Jorge is a young man whose future aspirations are put on hold due to his father's stroke. Seven years have passed while he tirelessly cares for his father, works as a janitor, and pursues a business degree while studying part-time. When his childhood infatuation, Natalia, returns from studying abroad, Jorge begins to crave for a more satisfying relationship. Because he has just experience as a janitor, no one is willing to hire him. Soon to be released from prison, Antonio, Jorge's older brother, is an opportunist who has never gotten along with his father. Antonio meets Paula, a lovely young woman in prison on drug charges, at a theater class. Paula is in trouble because she flirted with another inmate's boyfriend.
