To learn more about Chris Hondros' life and work, watch HONDROS. After9/11, Chris was among the first in a new generation of combat photographers since Vietnam, driven by a desire to document contemporary conflicts. HONDROS examines the challenges of covering a decade of war while trying to live a regular life. That unfathomable calculus involved in making split-second life and death judgments was examined before, during and after his images. Chris died in Libya in2011, but his legacy lives on.
