Injustice begets a criminal. Kool is a artist without chances, a blackbelt in karate, and deeply in love with LaShawna, faculty bound and poised. She witnesses a stabbing and discovers that the victim is a cop because he cries in her arms. The notorious Ramparts Division of the LAPD imprisoned for murder her. Kool would like to prove his innocence, and Tully, the suspicious detective in charge, ignores the case of LaShawna but uses an incipient crime performance to split up. As the guilty parties fear that the officer spoke before he died she's in peril. She's beaten to death by a cop while in prison awaiting a hearing and legal help.
