I Give My First Love to You
With a heart condition that needs attention from a cardiologist Takuma is diagnosed as a child. He becomes friends with his doctors being treated at a medical facility. Mayu overhears her dad saying that Takumas state is serious enough that he live beyond age 20, 1 day. Takuma isn't aware of this himself, however, therefore at 8-years-old he gets a promise. Later Takuma becomes aware he wont be able to help keep this promise and he begins distancing himself in hopes of protecting her from Mayu.
