In Paris, a modern-day Cinderella: Kelly Carter works as a gadrobiere for the well-known fashion designer Francesco, but her ambition is to make shoes for him. But she can't seem to get his attention... until she runs across a good fairy on the street who enchants a pair of Kelly's shoes, turning her into supermodel Prudence everytime she wears them. She shows up at one of Francesco's balls and wins his heart right away. Now she has to figure out how to get him to like her for who she really is.
