Psych-Out
Jenny is a deaf runaway who has recently arrived in San Francisco's Haight-Ashbury neighborhood in search of her long-lost brother, The Seeker, a mysterious bearded sculptor known throughout town. She joins Mumblin' Jim, a psychedelic band that includes Stoney, Ben, and Elwood. They conceal her from the fuzz in their shack, a Victorian mansion crammed with love beads and couples necking. Dave, Mumblin' Jim's truth-seeking pal, thinks the band is "playing games," but he agrees to help Jennie regardless.
