Yoram, a 50-year-old Tel-Aviv veterinarian, is forced to reconsider his connection with his adolescent daughter Roni after she expresses her desire to die. He chooses to accompany her on a journey to visit her mother's relatives, a journey of self-finding and mutual discovery in a primeval desert country surrounding the Dead Sea.
