The Glass Shield
J.J. is a newcomer at the Sheriff's Department and the first black officer in that channel. Racial tensions run high in the section as a portion of J.J.'s fellow officers resent his life. His only real friend is that the trooper, the first female officer that suffers similar offenses in the labour environment that is differently all-white male. When J.J. becomes aware of authorities corruption during the murder trial of Teddy Woods, whom he helped to detain he faces difficult decisions and puts herself into grave personal danger from the aid of justice.
