A Second Chance

Detectives and friends Simon and Andreas lead diverse lives. Andreas has settled down with young child and his beautiful wife. While Simon spends most of his waking hours. But all that changes if the two of these are called out to a domestic conflict between a junkie couple, captured in a vicious cycle of violence and medication. Until Andreas finds the couple's baby son, crying at a cupboard -- it looks very routine. The usually collected policeman finds himself faced with his own powerlessness and can be shaken to his core.
