Amistad
To America, the slave ship Amistad place sail in 1839. During the trip, Cinque directs the slaves in an uprising. They can subsequently held captive in Connecticut, and their discharge becomes the main topic of heated debate. Freed slave Theodore Joadson wants Cinque and Realtors house lawyer Roger Baldwin to help his instance and others exonerated. John Quincy Adams becomes an ally.
