Blue World Order

A nuclear war decimates the northern hemisphere, leaving the survivors in the southern hemisphere desperate and violent as they compete for few resources. Society is eroding, and a contagious bacteria threatens to wipe off those who have managed to survive. With the goal of re-establishing civilization, a self-appointed authority known as 'The ORDER' administered an immunity to microorganisms by the use of a vast Electro-Macnetic Pulse (EMP). It's possible that the Order used the EMP to deliver a bio-tech virus, giving them the ability to maintain control over the populace. Jake Slater is the only person who hasn't been infected by the Order's virus. In the meantime, Jake scavenges the wasteland in quest of a means to keep his unconscious daughter alive. He has no idea that she is the last kid on Earth, and that she holds the key to the survival of mankind.
