Professor Jim Edwards, an inept boarding school headmaster, concocts a crazy scheme to improve the image of his boarding school and thereby save his job by posing as a Middle Eastern royal his bookie's son. When an official from the Foreign Office arrives and announces that a real prince is to be placed under Edwards supervision, not because of the school's illustrious reputation, but because a gang of kidnappers is unlikely to look for the regal child there, the headmaster's wild scheme becomes even more complicated.
