Bound by Honor

Based on the actual life adventures of poet Jimmy Santiago Baca, the film targets half-brothers Paco and Cruz, along with their cousin Miklo. It unlocks into 1972, since the three are members of the East L.A. gang known as the"Vatos Locos", and also the narrative centers around the way the barbarous offense and the effect of narcotics alter their lifestyles. Miklo is incarcerated and sent to San Quentin, where he leaves a"home" for themself. Cruz becomes an excellent artist, however a heroin addiction overcomes him with terrible outcomes. Paco becomes a cop and an enemy for his"carnal", Miklo.
