Caligula and Messalina
Messalina (played by the stunning Betty Roland) is a power-crazed nymphomaniac who will go to any length to become Empress of Rome. She attracts Caligula's attention by fighting in the gladiator arena, and it isn't long before she accomplishes her purpose, angering the Emperor's younger sister Agrippina, who dreams that her son Nero would one day rule Rome. Agrippina succeeds in plotting Caligula's demise, but Messalina spoils the party by plunging into bed with Claudius, Caligula's successor. But naughty old Messalina can't commit to one man, so she shags everyone she sees, including a hideous but well-endowed brothel frequenter, a randy midget, her eunuch(!?!?) and an ex-lover. When she becomes pregnant and it becomes clear that the father is not Claudius (since he has been fighting in faraway places), Agrippina sees her chance to finally rid herself of her nemesis.
