Port-city new york: During a camp out, a local vagrant finds plans for an invasion in the us. When he attempts to notify the Sheriff concerning his discovery, then the Sheriff dismisses his claims and it has him wrapped up for loitering. Whenever the Sheriff notices odd interactions together along with other towns folk he begins to look into the vagrants' claim of a sleeper cell alive between the locals within this town. Others start to fear that the insurgents attack on hometown USA after signs of a beheading is exposed. Questions and tempers start to grow. Why this beach community using it's Norman Rockwell way of life? A town where everybody knows each other... so they thought. After the truth is blind and justice seems lost, It will take an army of five unlikely personalities banding together to infiltrate the insurgents and transparency their invasion plans. War is Hell and Hell comes house.
