Critical Condition

Eddie is a con artist who preys on unsuspecting victims. However, this time he has been framed and must appear before a judge. He expects to get off the hook by claiming insanity at his trial. He manages to get himself admitted to a psychiatric institution for evaluation. It is during this time of the night when a storm rolls across New York, cutting off the electricity to the hospital. As a result of the commotion that ensues, Eddie is mistaken for a medical professional. Suddenly, he finds himself in control of an entire hospital!
