Distant Journey

It's about Hana, who is a Jewish eye doctor who falls in love with a Gentile named Tonk and marries him. Distant Journey follows Hana and Tonk. When the government starts to kill the Jews in a systematic way, their simple love story turns into a nightmare for both of them. During WWII, Hana's family is taken to Theresienstadt, and the romance turns into a fight to stay alive.
