Eva Doesn't Sleep

The thing about this story is that it's true. In 1952, Eva Perón, Argentina's beloved First Lady, died at age thirty three of cancer. A renowned embalmer was commissioned by the grieving Juan Perón to conserve her body display, and Argentines flocked to be close"Evita." When his administration was overthrown by a coup, Perón fled the country before he could make arrangements for the transport of the body of his wife. The corpse was contested by the junta in control. So fearful were they of Eva power that they even made it illegal to even complete her name. Hence began the two-decade journey of Eva's body throughout Europe and back to Argentina.
