Hair

"Hair" is a 1979 musical warfare comedy-drama film adaptation of the 1968 Broadway musical"Hair: An American Tribal Love-Rock Musical" about a Vietnam War draftee, Claude, that meets and befriends a tribe of longhaired hippies on his way into the army gaming centre. Claude heads to New York up on receiving his draft notice, leaving the family ranch. He arrives at New York before reporting in for bootcamp where he could be indoctrinated into the youth subculture.
