A mysterious tattoo artist puts his masterpiece, a spider with a human face, on the back of a woman who has been kidnapped. Then, she and her lover are forced into a conspiracy-based nightmare where they risk becoming the evil they are trying to get away from. Every time something bloody happens, the spider's face seems to get redder and redder as its hunger grows.
