In this delightful animated tale, Pardon-me Pete (Buddy Hackett), the state groundhog of Groundhog Day, tells the story of Jack Frost, who falls deeply in love with a gorgeous young woman and also begs Father Winter to make him human so she is able to watch him. His petition is granted, but only on the condition that by the spring he's got a bag of stone, a home, a horse and a wife -- a tall arrangement! But Jack finds that life as a human is more complicated then he said. The evil Cossack who is currently not able to destroy the entire town kidnaps the girl he loves. However the only way he is able to save town and her is always to have his powers back. Jack Frost is just a heartwarming tale that is guaranteed to entertain everyone!
