Legend of the Wolf

Wolf (Donnie Yen) is a battle veteran who tells a young upstart killer the story of his famous youth (Edmond Leung). When the young Wolf (Yen) is traversing the Chinese countryside looking for his lost memories after World War II, we are transported back in time. Only that he should meet someone in an abandoned temple is all he knows. He eventually meets up with a local peasant (Dayo Wong), who agrees to assist the Wolf in getting to his destination. Wai-Yee (Carmen Lee), who has been waiting for Wolf for a long time, is discovered by the group while on their journey. Wolf, on the other hand, continues to be unable to recall anything until the evil people (headed by Ben Lam) track him down and reveal the horrific story of the Wolf's past.
