Mistress

A comedy about a screenwriter (Wuhl) whose old film script is reviewed by a producer (Landau) and the search for investors begins. However, it appears that each money source (Aiello, DeNiro, and Wallach) has his own mistress whom he wishes to be included in the picture. Gradually, the screenwriter is pushed to make adjustments to his work to please these sponsors, until the writing no longer resembles his original concepts.
