Mountain of Storms

They went under the name of Fun Hogs. During a road journey to climb Cerro Fitz Roy in 1968, five buddies captured the entire experience on a 16mm Bolex camera. They surfed undiscovered breaks, skied on sand and snow, slept in a snow cave for 31 days, and accomplished the first ascent of the mountain along the way. This picture, which defined a generation and went on to become an underground classic, is getting its first broad release fifty years after it was first seen.
