Three sailors - Gabey, Chip and Ozzie - allowed onto a pass New York and the Big Apple will never be exactly the same! Gabey falls head over heels for"Miss Turnstiles of the Month" (he believes she is a highsociety deb when she is a really'cooch warrior in Coney Island). Innocent Chip gets high-jacked (literally) by way of a lady cab driver.
