Parasomnia

Laura Baxter is a young woman who suffers from "parasomnia," a medical ailment that causes her to sleep for long periods of time. She is a childhood accident survivor who is currently sleeping her life away, only waking up on rare occasions. Danny Sloan, an art student, falls in love with her, unaware that her hospital roommate, Byron Volpe, a horrific mass murderer and mesmerist, has dark designs of his own.
