Shadow Game
An experimental film about the far-reaching effects of European asylum policy is called Shadow Game. Asylum seeking is now all but impossible in Europe due to the installation of walls everywhere. While traveling, the youths encounter hostile border police and traverse cold terrain. It is now more challenging than ever for them to get to their objective. They pass through every country in Europe on their voyage, from Greece to North Macedonia, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, to Italy, France, and the Netherlands. Three years were spent shooting the movie, with some of it being done on cell phones by the lead actors.
