Sound! Euphonium the Movie - Our Promise: A Brand New Day

Kumiko is now in her second year and one of the euphonium section's senior players. Kumiko will have to learn new things in order to cope with awkward and challenging underclassmen now that new underclassmen have joined the concert band. She and Tomoe Kabe, a third-year trumpeter, have been selected to head the new underclassmen members. Euphonist Kanade Hisaishi, whose outward appearances deceive; tuba player Mirei Suzuki, who can't adjust to her new environment; tuba player Satsuki Suzuki, who wants to get along with Mirei; and double bassist Motomu Tsukinaga, who can't talk about himself, are among the new members to Kumiko's bass section. A variety of issues occur swiftly between the Sunrise Festival, chair placement auditions, and the tournament.
