SPL 2: A Time for Consequences

A Hong Kong cop named Kit busts that a gangster simply to get his cover dismissed and his witness. The gangster, in retaliation, has him kidnapped and put with a individuality that was criminal into a Thai jail. A prison shield kit is guarded by Chai with fighting skills and prevents his escape from prison.
