The Barcelona Vampiress

At the turn of the twentieth century, Barcelona is comprised of two cities coexisting side by side. The first is affluent and modernist, while the second is dirty and vile. The news of the disappearance of Teresa Guitart, the young daughter of a wealthy family, sends shockwaves throughout the entire nation. Enriqueta Marti, commonly known as "The Barcelona Vampire," is quickly identified as a suspect by the authorities. Sebastia Comas, a journalist, decides to investigate the kidnappings and grisly deaths of children that the Vampiress is accused of doing by venturing into the labyrinthine streets, brothels, and secrets of the Raval district. His investigations will uncover a sleazy elite who will do anything to conceal their filthy vices.
