The Human Centipede (First Sequence)

During a stop over at Germany at the center of a carefree roadtrip through Europe, two girls find themselves lonely when their car breaks down in the forests. Looking for assistance at a Grove, they're invisibly in to the clutches of a deranged physician who explains his scientific vision to his captives' horror.
