The Lovers on the Bridge

Set against Paris' oldest bridge, the Pont Neuf, although it was closed for repairs, then this film is a love story between two young vagrants: Alex, a would be circus performer hooked on alcohol and sedatives along with Michele, a reporter pushed to a life on the roads because of a failed relationship along with an affliction that's slowly turning her blind.
