The Wonderful Country

Martin Brady flies to Texas to arrange an armaments transaction for his Mexican boss, strongman Governor Cipriano Castro, after fleeing the United States many years ago for executing his father's murderer. Brady hurts his leg, and the gun shipment is stolen while he is recuperating in Texas. Further complicating matters, the widow of a local army major has feelings for him, and a local Texas Ranger captain offers him a tempting offer to return to the United States and join his squad. Brady returns to the border after shooting a guy in self-defense and faces Castro, who is not only angry that Brady has lost his gun shipment, but is also about to join forces with Colton to fight the local marauding Apache Indians.
