The Wonderful World of the Brothers Grimm
The lives of the brothers Wilhelm and Jacob Grimm, who wrote books in the 1800s and became famous for them, are acted out. Wilhelm wants to write something fun among all the dry nonfiction books they write, so he starts collecting fairy tales told orally and puts them in print. Reenactments of three of their stories, including "The Dancing Princess," "The Cobbler and the Elves," and "The Singing Bone," are set against the story of their lives.
