There's something fishy going on in the anti-Drug Trafficking Unit of the Hong Kong Police Department, but only a few honest cops are aware that the corruption reaches all the way to the top. After being falsely accused of murder and drug trafficking themselves, they are faced with the challenge of proving their innocence in a short amount of time and using creative tactics.
