An Interpol agent takes a mission to come to Amsterdam to investigate a drug ring. The new medicine they're offering costs $100,000 each hit and takes two weeks to achieve Nirvana. The catch is the drug Adrenalzon comes from dead people and only when they are having a heightened sense of fear near their death relating to their adrenaline gland. That is, someone has to die for the individual to get one hit. The new drug kingpin Paradisco makes a fortune as the world's lone Adrenaline dealer. Paradiso begins to control the whole European drug trade. Only the much crazier fallen Interpol agent, Swan, can stop this madman. The only person who feels Swan can redeem himself is his beautiful Russian Interpol partner.
