Werewolf

The year is 1945, and it is summer. For the eight children who were released from the Gross-Rosen concentration camp, a temporary orphanage is formed in an abandoned mansion surrounded by trees. Hanka, who was formerly incarcerated, takes on the role of their guardian. It takes time for the protagonists to recover what is left of their childhood after the horrors of the camp, but the horror returns fast. Camp Alsatians can be found roaming the surrounding forests. They have become feral and are starving after being released by the SS earlier in the day. They have surrounded the palace in search of food. The children are afraid, and their camp survival instincts are awakened as a result of their fear.
