Angry Boys
Angry Boys can be an Australian television mockumentary series starring Chris Lilley and compiled by. Continuing the mockumentary style of his previous show, the series explores the issues faced by young males from the 21st century -- their own influences, their stresses, their visions and ambitions. In Angry Boys, Lilley plays with multiple personalities: S.mouse, an American rapper. A manipulative mother, jen. Blake Oakfield, a champion surfer. Ruth"Gran" Sims, a guard in a juvenile detention centre. And her grandchildren, Nathan Sims and South Australian twins Daniel.
The show is a Co Production involving the Australian Broadcasting Corporation along with US cable channel HBOalong using a pre-sale to BBC Three. Filmed in Melbourne, Los Angeles and Tokyo, Angry Boys premièred on 11 May 2011.
