Collision

Collision is actually a tv play mini series, which debuted on ITV & UTV at November 2009. This was as a succession in just two parts on PBS. It tells the story of friends of strangers whose lives intertwine following a devastating car crash. The crash opens a number of startling revelations as stories of everything from smuggling and government coverups, to murder and embezzlement start to unravel. The series is more open-ended, with several issues. The narrative is resolved to the swatting of a wasp that precipitates the crash, thus allowing the characters to continue on in their journeys and an incident in the service channel. The wasp for theme and a motif is in evidence through the collection. Collision's British broadcast was edited by the 5 hours to three and a half hours. The Australian broadcast on ABC1 the American broadcast on PBS's Masterpiece Contemporary and the Region 1 DVD release all comprised the shortened version. In Australia, Foxtel and Austar's W Channel aired Collision in its unique format of five 45-minute episodes, 15, Tuesday .
