Custer
Custer, also referred to as Custer's Legend, can be a 17-episode military-western tv show that ran on ABC from September 6 with Wayne Maunder at afterward Lieutenant Colonel George Armstrong Custer's starring character. Throughout the American Civil War, Custer had risen to the rank of major general. He was demoted after the war during induce cuts to the rank of Captain, but was reinstated in 1866 because of Lieutenant Colonel in command of the Seventh Cavalry, stationed in Fort Riley, Kansas. A number of the soldiers in the regiment were offenders Confederates, and sometimes derelicts. Until the script deadline would have reached the Little Big Horn River of southeastern Montana, at which all expired in a Sioux Indian ambush, on June 25, 1876 the series was cancelled,

Slim Pickens surfaced as a scout named California Joe Milner. Michael Dante appeared as Sioux Chief Crazy Horse. Peter Palmer played with a Confederate soldier, Sergeant James Bustard.
