Edwardian Farm
Edwardian Farm is an ancient documentary television series in twelve portions shown on BBC Two from November 2010 to January 2011. It portrays a group of historians seeking to run a farm like it had been done throughout the Edwardian era. It filmed '' an early quay at Devon, in Morwellham Quay and was created for the BBC by production company Lion Television. The farming team was historian Ruth Goodman and archaeologists Alex Langlands and Peter Ginn. The series was devised and created by David Upshal and led by Stuart Elliott.
The series is a development from two previous series Victorian Farm and Victorian Pharmacy which were one of BBC 2's largest hits of 2009 and 2010, garnering viewers of up to 3.8 million each episode. The series had been followed closely by war-time Farm at September 2012, including the exact same team but that time at Hampshire on Manor Farm, living since wartime farmers.
