Naota is really just a normal Japanese 6th grade boy (although a little suspicious ), but when his older brother leaves for America to play baseball, then his brother leaves his 17 year-old girlfriend Mamimi behind. Mamimi has been currently sending mixed signals and advances to Naota, also he doesn't know just what to do about her. However, to make matters even worse, the world of Naota is turned ugly when he could be run over by a woman on a Vespa. She hits him over the head with her guitar, and this causes a horn to cultivate out of the forehead. She calls herself"Haruko" and her presence affects Naota's lifetime to further insanity
