Hogan's Heroes
Hogan's Heroes lasted 168 episodes on CBS from September 17, 1965, to July 4, 1971. The show was set in a German POW camp during WW2. Bob Crane played Colonel Robert E. Hogan, who headed a Special Operations unit from the camp. Werner Klemperer played camp commandant Wilhelm Klink and John Banner was hapless guard Hans Schultz. The 6-season show was popular. Bernard Fein's estate and Albert S. Ruddy bought the sequel and other rights to Hogan's Heroes from Mark Cuban in 2013. A movie based on the show is planned.
