Holocaust
Holocaust is an American television miniseries broadcast on the NBC television network in four parts in 1978. The show tells the story of the Holocaust from the view of the Weiss group of German Jews and this of an increasing member of the SS, that gradually becomes a war criminal. Holocaust emphasized numerous events which happened around and throughout World War II, such as Kristallnacht, the production of Jewish ghettos and later. Although the miniseries won several awards and received critical acclaim, it had been criticized by a few, for example noted Holocaust survivor and author Elie Wiesel, who described it as"untrue and offensive"
