The main character, Keita Suminoe, is introduced as a male third-year junior high school student who is currently preparing for his high school entrance examinations. He is currently receiving academic assistance from his elder twin stepsisters, Ako and Riko, who are not related to him by blood. The three of them share a home together and help him study for his upcoming examinations. Even though he hates himself for it at first, he ultimately develops feelings of attraction for his two step-sisters, and his biological parents want him to marry one of them.
