Lovers
Lovers is just a television show starring Kim Jung-eun and Lee Seo-jin who play also a gangster who enter into an unlikely love affair and a surgeon. It aired on SBS in November 8, 2006 on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
It's the third and last installment of this"Lovers" trilogy by writer Kim Eun-sook and manager Shin Woo-chul. Unlike previous installments Lovers in Paris and Lovers in Prague which were partially shot in Europe, Lovers filmed on location in China's Hainan Island.
Lovers is dependant upon the Lee Man-hee stage play Turn Leave and about exactly the same job that motivated the 1998 blockbuster film A Promise starring Jeon Do-yeon and Park Shin-yang.
