Mad Dogs
Mad Dogs is just a British humor and thriller tv series created. It is Made by Left Bank Pictures, and co-produced from Palma Pictures. The show stars Max Beesley, Marc Warren, John Simm, also Philip Glenister as middleaged friends and four long-time getting together to celebrate their friend Alvo's retirement. After Alvo is killed, the band are caught up in the world of crime and police corruption.
The show was initially a narrative of a rock group, but shifted after a feeling that bands have been"done to death". British Sky Broadcasting commissioned the show, after gaining attention from some networks. Filming took around 44 days and four million euros to produce, also took place through the island of Majorca in May 2010. The topics are friendship and getting older. Glenister said it is all about ageing and"becoming closer to passing". Three 30-second adverts were directed by photographer David LaChapelle . Mad Dogs opened with 1.61 million audiences, the 17th highest rated programme in history for Sky1, also brought favorable reactions from critics. They noted similarities using gangster movies, and more chiefly the 2000 film Sexy Beast.
