Murder Call
Murder Call was an Australian television series that aired on the Nine Network between the years 1997 and 2000. It was developed by Hal McElroy for Southern Star Entertainment, and it was set in Australia. The Tessa Vance novels written by Jennifer Rowe, namely Suspect/Deadline and Something Wicked, were the spark that ignited the idea for the series. The television series included adaptations of both of the books in its episodes. Tessa Vance and Steve Hayden comprised an unconventional duo of homicide investigators, and their cases in this series focused on the challenges they faced.
