Nickelodeon Guts
The Nickelodeon Guts competition series is hosted by actor/comedian Mike O'Malley and officiated by British actress Moira "Mo" Quirk. From 1992 to 1995, the series was broadcast on the cable television network Nickelodeon. The show features young athletes competing in various athletic events in the "Extreme Arena," a set built on Universal Studios Florida's Sound Stage 21. Reruns of Guts aired on Nickelodeon from January 15, 1996 to February 28, 1999, before being moved to Nickelodeon GAS on March 1, 1999, until the network's demise on December 31, 2007. Since January 1, 2008, it has been shown in reruns on TeenNick. Nickelodeon produced two seasons of a revival of the show, My Family's Got Guts, in 2008.
